SUP Tours (STAND UP PADDLE) is our latest addition of recommended tours and only 5 minutes’ drive from Roma del Mar and offers a great experience. 

The Gulf of Nicoya provides perfect conditions for paddling and kayaking, and you will see colorful fish, rays and maybe some turtles within an abundant nature.

Tour includes:


- Rental of SUP board, leash and life jacket


- ISA certified instructor and professional lifeguard
- Snacks and drinks for hydration

Participants are welcome to use the fully equipped facilities of the tour operator such as showers, dressing rooms, beach chairs and a convenience store.

Hop on board for a special tour of some of the more exotic local islands. Your boat tour passes a couple of nearby virgin islands and several interesting geological formations, bird islands and cruises by mini bays with nice palm tree lined beaches.

In the calm gulf water, we might be lucky to spot schools of fish, rays jumping and sea turtles sticking their head up of air.

This is for you if you want to spend time for yourself on a boat away from crowds. We stay in the gulf where the water is calm, and the wildlife abundant.

The tour is with a 26ft boat with sun roof and comfortable seating.
